In High School I built a robot with two friends in high school named "BOB". One night at 2:00am it found a soda can in an empty room and dropped it into a trash can.  

I have 3 patents from working with amazing people.

My college roomate and I I started ReQuest Inc. making the first MP3 Home Audio player.. we pivoted quickly to selling into the high end CEDIA market with over 1000 dealers/installers around the world and doing over $10m/year at it's peak.

I spent 5 years at an Activision gaming studio working on Guitar Hero and Skylanders Swap Force.  

When I was 39 I got rid of everything I owned and biked around the US for 1.5 years through MA->NY->PA->OH->KT->TN->MS->LA-> TX->NM->CO->WY->MT->ID->WA->OR->CA.  During that I worked with a startup embedding hearing aids into glasses writing firmware from my tent.  

I worked at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute as the Electrical Lead for OOI (Ocean Observatories Initiative) and on the 3D Acoustic Telescope, lead PI for the Open Source Glider and designed and built an autonomous boat.  

I was Head of Product at Aquatic Labs working on eDNA samplers and a next generation Alkalinity sensor.

I am now working on a few ideas while doing part time contract/consulting work.
